PLACING AN ORDER

All items in store are priced to be sold individually or in small quantities. Employees are encouraged to pool orders for better prices. Minimum order is $35.00 + tax and shipping. Prices shown do not include tax or shipping. These must be added on the order form. All prices are stated and payable in U.S. dollars. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Delivery time is approximately 10 working days (except caps).

COLORS

Color swatches on this website are intended to give a general impression only of actual product color. Due to differences in computer monitors, video system setups, etc., we cannot guarantee products will exactly match what is seen on screen.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please use a street address for shipping (post office boxes are unacceptable). We use the most efficient carrier to your area. Charges include processing, packaging and shipping costs. Shipping and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

TAX

Tax is added for orders shipped to Alabama addresses only. Madison or Morgan County Alabama, add 8% sales tax. All other Alabama counties, add 4%.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is UPS Standard Ground. Inside the Continental U.S. allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery shipping. For Alaska, Hawaii and International Delivery, please call 256-351-6870 for shipping pricing to these areas. Pricing is on a per order basis. For all shipments other than ground, please call (800) 428-7386 for a quote.

$35.00-$100.00 = $10.95 (S&H)
$101.00-$200.00 = $14.95 (S&H)
$201.00-$300.00 = $17.95 (S&H)
$301.00-$450.00 = $20.95 (S&H)
Over $450.00 = $24.95 (S&H)

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, certified checks and money orders. If you are paying by certified check or money order, please mail in your payment with your order form to: StoneRiver, Inc., Attn: White Drive Products Store, PO Box 1643, Decatur, AL 35602-1643.

RETURN POLICY

All items are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship. A return authorization must be issued on all returns; call (800) 423-7386. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge (minimum $5.25). No refunds will be issued on returned items; items may be exchanged, or upon approval, a credit may be issued toward future purchases. No exchanges or credits may be made after 30 days.

The information you provide StoneRiver, Inc. will be used for internal billing purposes only and will not be disclosed to third parties. We maintain your billing and shipping information.
